Onezo focuses on luxury, made-to-order art and clothing. Most items are created only after you place an order — this helps us keep quality high and reduce waste.
Production timeline
Typical processing time is 2–5 business days depending on the product. During high-demand periods, it may take a bit longer.
Customization
If your product has options like color or size, please make sure you select them correctly before payment. For special requests, contact Support before ordering.
Returns & replacements
Since items are made to order, we do not accept returns for preference changes. We do support replacement for:
- Damaged product during shipping
- Wrong item received
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order moves through: created → paid → shipped → delivered. You can reach Support anytime for an update.
